We specialise in delivering high quality, long lasting manicures and pedicures using only the best products from a range of leading brands, premium quality tools and modern techniques that support this, we don’t cut any corners at BUFF. We do one thing and do it really well and that’s nails.

We have super high standards because we believe the industry can do and should do better and we support you in becoming the best you can be. We want to elevate the nail industry in Australia as a whole and set new standards for what your local nail salon should be.

We place a big emphasis on hygienic processes, we take our time to give the perfect finish and always educate our clients on what’s best for them. We love helping our clients achieve healthy, strong natural nails and we make a visit to the nail salon an experience, not an errand.

We’re looking for experienced nail artists whether you’re relatively new to the game or have been doing nails for 20 years. We provide training to upskill in areas of interest you may not have mastered yet such as e-file, extensions, nail art, builder gels.

Who we are looking for:

You need a bit of hustle, a sunny disposition, a dash of perfectionism and a deep in your soul love of beautiful nails.
You need to know how to perfectly shape and prep a nail for a long lasting manicure (and pedicure), be confident in gel polish application and basic nail art designs plus be handy with an e-file and BIAB application (An added plus if you are experienced in Extensions, Polygel, Hard gel and nail repairs but by no means a necessity.)
Be a clear and confident communicator - we like to build relationships with our clients and educate them on our processes and their nail health.
Qualified and/or undertaken previous training
Minimum 2+ years experience (excluding junior positions)

Our studios are located close to plenty of public transport and parking. Flexible working hours available, 9 day fortnights for full time employees. Closed Sundays, Mondays and all public holidays. Commissions on product sales. Quarterly training workshops and team events throughout the year.

Nail Artists - Casual

Hours: 8-34hrs a week available
Pay: Above award wages, negotiable based on experience + uncapped commissions

BRIGHTON

Salon Director - Full time

Hours: 9 day fortnight (alternating Saturdays off)
Pay: Generous pay package with uncapped commissions
Divide your time between Salon Management, Team Development and Senior Nail Services
Quarterly team events
Annual learning and development budget

Nail Artists - Full time, Part time or Casual
